Cassandra Tom, FNP-C, FMACP
Cassandra Tom is an experienced nurse practitioner with a robust background in healthcare, having worked across multiple settings, including emergency care and regenerative medicine. Her diverse expertise enables her to provide well-rounded, patient-centered care.

Cassandra began her career in the emergency department, where she worked as a registered nurse for five years, gaining invaluable experience in fast-paced, high-stress environments. Driven by a passion for patient care, she pursued and earned her Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Taking a holistic approach to healthcare, Cassandra believes in looking beyond symptoms to identify and address the underlying factors affecting a patient’s overall well-being. This patient-centered philosophy fosters strong, collaborative relationships, leading to more effective healthcare.

With extensive experience in regenerative medicine at a prominent pain management and wellness clinic, Cassandra has played a pivotal role in helping countless patients manage and relieve their pain. In addition to providing direct patient care, she has also shared her expertise with fellow medical professionals, teaching them how to administer advanced treatments like PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy and stem cell therapy. Cassandra is also a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

Steve Tom, PN1-NC
Steve Tom is a certified nutrition coach with a special focus on food allergies. His journey into nutrition has been both professional and personal. When one of his children was diagnosed with multiple food allergies, it profoundly changed his perspective on food and nutrition. Mealtimes became a complex puzzle, and he quickly realized that managing food allergies required much more than simple ingredient swaps. It demanded thoughtful planning to ensure that every meal met the nutritional needs of a growing child.
A builder at heart and a self-proclaimed “LEGO kid,” Steve has always enjoyed creating things from the ground up. He applies that same mindset to his approach in nutrition, carefully constructing strong, healthy bodies by putting the right components together, one meal at a time.
Prior to becoming a nutrition coach, he earned his Bachelor's degree and spent nearly two decades working in higher education, supporting students in achieving their academic goals. As a lifelong learner and passionate advocate for food education, he now channels that experience into helping others understand the powerful connection between food and well-being.
Whether clients are navigating complex food allergies, seeking a better relationship with food, or simply aiming to feel healthier, Steve is committed to helping them build a more informed, sustainable approach to eating.
